We Offer
The team are the first line client interaction group for the Derivatives business. The role includes the co-ordination and resolution of clients enquiries and issues. The team are level one escalation and oversight for the Operational utility and functional processing groups on all client and risk matters.
This role involves close working relationships with external clients, PDS Front Office partners, Client Relationship Managers and Client Operation teams globally.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Single point of contact for Client.
- Know Your Client – Understand clients interaction and process model,
- Identification and implementation of enhancements to manage risk, improve processes and client experience.
- Break and Enquiry resolution.
- Subject Matter Expert on Credit Suisse processes and flows to advise and guide client.
- Maintaining the high standards of client service that Credit Suisse offer
- Managing and escalating client and internal risk items appropriately
You Offer
You offer:
- Professional working experience, preferably in finance or banking. Experience in Investment Banking or Capital Markets will be a plus
- University degree in Finance, Banking, Economics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high level of written and spoken English
- Lateral thinking and problem resolution skillset
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to deliver on strict deadlines on time
- Understanding of the complexity of financial products and services
- Solid analytical skills and attention to details
