For our Client one of the world's leading FMCG companies we are currently looking for financial professional with experience in people management who will join to the SSC in Poznan as a General Ledger Team Leader.

Your new role
On this position you will manage and lead GL finance and accounting team (10 FTE) support team members with solving difficult issues. Manage the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving so that a team meets it required level of service. You will also support smooth transition of finance work from existing locations into a company together with Transition Lead. This role will involve support in planning, process documenting, training new teams and stabilizing processes after landing into company.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on this position you need to have previous experience (min.3 years) within Finance area including min. 1 year of supervisory experience. Fluent language skills both written and spoken in English and Polish are required together with strong knowledge of accounting standards and depth knowledge of General Ledger. Strong leadership skills, team oriented, professional approach to work and strong customer driven focus are important.
