We are currently looking for:
We are currently looking for intern to join us HR Operations team for a duration of 6 months.
In your role as HR Operations Administrator you will handle the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual HR workforce reporting, respond to regulatory reporting, support of reporting requests and response to RFP inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for the review and recommendation of improvements to the reporting function.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in HR or related disciplines a plus
• Strong PC skills, include the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Access
• Experience working in HR or related fields preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
Preferred start date: 12 March
Duration: 6 months
Internship is paid with flexible working hours
