Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement automated process improvements for Mutual Fund Administration Team using RRD’s Fund Suite SX financial reporting tool.
- Act as liaison for Mutual Fund Administration team with vendor and IT stakeholders
- Utilize Microsoft technology to enhance financial reporting process
- Track and report the status of team’s projects to Management
- Introduce and train Mutual Fund Administration Team on new technology
- Implement new client business on financial reporting software and enhance legacy client builds
- Perform special projects and assume certain responsibilities as assigned by Manager
Employee Specifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Preferred expertise in: FundSuite SX & Microsoft Office: Access, Excel and Word
- Proven time management skills
- Able work independently and to managing multiple tasks / priorities / projects
- Ability to manage under pressure, work under deadlines
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Demonstrate an aptitude for learning and development - identifying & addressing internal client needs
- Ability to think creatively, solve problems, promote solutions and identify opportunities to improve
- A strong understanding of financial reporting preferred
