Job description:
Analyst position is responsible for providing proactive and effective support to the Commercial Fleet Business and Line Manager.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise to perform his work independently with minimal supervision. The Analyst must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong communication skills and be capable of developing effective relationships with his stakeholders and business partners.
The Analyst will also handle a variety of financial/business activities related to Month End Closing.
The process drives on CI improvement on a regular basis on various projects.
The Analyst is also expected to identify opportunities for optimization, streamlining
processes and achieving greater organizational efficiency
.
 
 Requirements:

 

  • Min 1 year of experience in accounting or finance environment
  • Economic, accounting or finance university degree/qualifications, or equivalent course with experience
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Ms Outlook
  • In depth accounting knowledge
  • Very good English (written and oral)
  • Knowledge of GSAP/SAP or another accounting system – SUN will be an added value.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to recognize issues, attempt resolution and escalate problems if unable to resolve
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual & changing environment (frequent calls with different stakeholders)
  • Attention to details
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to work autonomously while keeping other team members informed as appropriate
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
  • Ability to deal with competing priorities
  • Proactive attitude to identifying issues, suggesting improvements and driving solutions
