For our Client, a leading global supplier of systems and components for the automotive industry we are currently looking for Candidates ready to join to the SSC in Bielsko- Biała as Program Controller.

On this position you will be responsible for lead the analysis of financial data, driving actions that positively influence key financial measures and support program managers to follow up required improvement plans. On a regular basis you will be collaborate with Cost Estimating Team as needed to ensure timely communication on customer and company engineering changes. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for ensure accurate and timely financial data is available to support customer’s requests and decisions making and team up with program managers / account managers/ plant controllers to ensure financial data accuracy / process compliance in all steps of the program management system. You will be dedicated to coordinate and provide detailed analysis of the company’s monthly actual, forecasts by program, by customer, by plant across Europe and to maintain and improve financial models and analytical tools required for the job.

To be successful on this position you need to have educational background in finance area together with relevant professional experience (Finance Analysis, Business Analysis, Accounting and Reporting). It is essential to have excellent analytical and problem solving skills with ability to prioritise, manage and deliver multiple assignments.
