For our Client – Shared Service Centre in Poznan
Your new role
As a member of the TE Team you will be responsible for performing Pre-Pay Audit of expense reports, keeping in contact with employees for any questions relating expense reports and T&E process, maintenance of Expenses module, liaising with cardholders of Business Company Cards and Cards Provider for any corporate credit card issues, supporting cardholders for corporate credit card reconciliation questions, providing superior customer service to claimants and internal clients, running month end closing reports and reconciliation of T&E control accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate for the TE team will have experience in accounting, analytical skills, knowledge of SAP.
Fluent English and German is a must
