We are looking for an exceptional individual who is willing to participate in interesting M&A projects for companies from variety of industries. You should have minimum 1-3 years of financial advisory related experience, preferably in the areas of valuation and modelling. Knowledge of financial statements, valuation methods (DCF and multiples) and excellent analytical skills is essential requirement. Additionally if you have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills, really enjoy working closely with other team members and clients, have strong command of spoken and written English and finally you are ready for challenges please do not hesitate to read on. 

As a professional in our team you will aid clients with mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. In general you will take an active part in coordinating whole M&A process including business valuation. That will include assisting in creating financial models, analysing financial statements, valuation of intangible assets for regulatory and financial purposes as a result of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or financial restructuring. The role also includes conducting industry research. You will have an opportunity to work closely with clients, take part in negotiation processes, preparing necessary documentation such as teasers, information memorandums and brochures.
