Management Accounting & Reporting Lead

Your responsibilities would include:
  • Manage and oversee the team responsible for management accounting and reporting activities, specifically management accounting period end close, calculation of business related KPIs, management reporting, liaison with and providing assistance to Controllers with planning and business analysis for the assigned OpCo.
  • Manage the month end timetable from the HGSS perspective, by liaising with the assigned OpCo and other departments in HGSS, in order to ensure proper integration of activities and timings.
  • Maintain high level of SLAs for the assigned OpCo.
  • Monitor and review process controls.
  • Ensure compliance with HEINEKEN.
  • Support internal/external audits (Financial, Operations) and remediate any audit issue related to the process.
  • Coordinate with OpCo Service Management Team, guaranteeing alignment with governance model, policy, processes, tools and using standard templates.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs, PPIs, SLAs, and ensure timely monthly reporting to the Service Management team.
  • Take ownership of issues, escalate as appropriate and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Identify changes to the agreed scope of service (processes, volumes, level of service/quality) and ensure that the appropriate service management processes are followed.
  • Lead, guide and direct the team.
  • Support a culture of standardisation, continuous improvement and customer orientation.
  • Manage employees/teams including Talent Acquisition process, Performance Management and people development/coaching.
You are The Candidate if:
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting required, additional finance certification is a plus (ACCA, CIMA)
  • Previous relevant experience in people management and operation oversee
  • SSC/BPO experience
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in English, additional European language is a plus
  • Used to work under stringent deadlines, keeping in mind quality, accuracy and time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to quickly form working relationships
