• Developing and leading a team of 50+ individuals providing financial services to global PwC network,
• Coaching and Supervising Team Leaders and coaches,
• Planning appropriate capacity and utilization of team members in accordance with budgets,
• Monitoring staffing levels and overseeing recruitment process,
• Inspiring and motivating team members.

Performance management:

• Driving daily productivity,
• Achieving budgets and KPIs,
• Driving high quality of services delivered,
• Implementing and maintaining SDC strategic projects and initiatives,
• Handling escalations and customer service.
   
   

• 2+ years of experience in managerial role,
• Experience in service delivery, preferably in SSC/BPO or financial sector,
• Experience in change management and / or developing new structures,
• Strong leadership and people management skills,
• Good knowledge of English, German will be an asset,
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
