The team is responsible for the accurate and timely calculation of cash payments, information and processing events across a range of products including Interest Rates, Equity, FX, Finers, Options, Funds and other. Additionally, you will take care for resolution of all post value queries and investigations. You will be also responsible for providing quality Client Service and will be expected to actively develop Client relationships and look for operational improvements where possible.

Due to the team reorganization, there is possibility to take over team leader’s deputy role, if you have strong leadership skills. Documented previous role will a huge plus and an open path to future leader’s position within the department.

In this role you will be responsible for processing all assigned tasks, including, but not limited to:

• You will monitor Client Queries inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to within a timely manner
• Work closely with Custodians, Control Team, Relationship Managers and experts in sending locations
• Knowing products and understanding market mechanisms
• Understanding the business areas supported by the group and managing the workflow
• Finding, monitoring and resolving breaks
• Working on department metrics and reporting them
• Understanding the operational risk and ensuring Client protection
• Processing Clients' choices regarding the corporate events (mandatory, voluntary) and reconciling our accounts over 5 main markets
• You will handle complex processing with process exceptions, clearance, servicing and settlement of deals
• You will perform letters to Clients with given choices
• You will monitor receipt of cash and stock and work queues
• You will support new business initiatives
• Your standard working hours will be from 8:30 till 18:30 (in shifts)
