We are offering an exciting and challenging role as Functional Team Head within Chief Compliance and Regulatory Affairs.

• You take over the responsibility for the new International Wealth Management Marketing Material Reviews Team, based in Wroclaw. This is a large team of which the primary function is to complete marketing material reviews and associated Projects for businesses within IWM, SUB and APAC Divisions who have successfully deployed the activity.
• You will have the chance to work very closely with peer coverage teams Globally in accordance with the global compliance mandate and in line with respective local regulatory requirements.
• You represent the team at functional and divisional management meetings.
• You have the opportunity to participate in projects and internal international working groups.
• You will provide input into the overall strategy of an open-minded team with a strong team spirit that acts in a versatile, dynamic, and flexible working environment.

You Offer

• You are a seasoned compliance professional and have gathered at least 7 years of experience in compliance functions including and in-depth knowledge of marketing review regulations across multiple jurisdictions and a good understanding of differing investment products and fund structures
• You have excellent people management abilities and effective interpersonal skills which enable you to collaborate effectively and to build up professional relationships with all corporate levels. As a team leader with a strong leadership culture and experience in leading teams you are able to take instruction and contribute to the team`s success
• You possess excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to work across different cultures and remotely
• You show a high level of flexibility, solution oriented attitude and ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
• You are a creative problem solver with a practical ability to drive process and operational improvements and deliver solutions to the business
• You hold university degree or equivalent
• You are fluent in English
