To be successful in this role you will:

• Build and maintain a comprehensive design system
• Develop user journeys to facilitate feature design process
• Understand and focused on staying within MVP scope for UX Architecture design
• Define the logic and structure behind interaction models, user task flows and end-to-end experiences
• Align app information architecture with more broader digital IS initiative
• Optimize information architecture to promote scalability, while accommodating technical
• Design workflow navigation
• Develop information architecture with input and agreement with stakeholders
• Work and guide UI Lead to create visual app designs
• Understand how apps will be used in the future across multiple digital devices
• Suggest new technologies that better improve the UI design and client experience
• Assist with user testing and adapt UX as needed
• Contribute to new apps concepts

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in UX Architecture design and UX Research (interview users or their proxies)
• Excellent computer programming
• Software capability in the following:
  - Java +Python
  - WPF/XAML
  - Wireframing
  - Protyping
  - HTML/CSS
  - Sketch/Adobe Illustrator
  - Angular
• A creative problem solver
• Organized yet creative thinker
• Excellent verbal and visual communicator, with the flexibility and patience to try new things.
• Target driven individual with a focus on execution
• Experienced in managing team of designers
• Degree level with a strong focus on design or software engineering
