For our Client, an international company located in Łódź, we are looking for Candidates for the position of AR Team Leader who will be responsible for managing the work of Accounts Receivable team.
AR Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- managing the work of Accounts Receivable team,
- participate in month- end closing process,
- ensuring timely and accurate processing of all AR transactions,
- providing technical support to team members as required,
- monitoring and developing team work through regular planning, communication and performance reviews,
- identify, supervise and implement improvements in AR process,
- resolving customer queries related to AR process.
Requirements:
- at least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable area,
- previous experience of coordinating and leading an accounting team would be an asset,
- very good English skills,
- ability to manage and coordinate team work,
- knowledge of SAP software would be an asset,
- strong analytical and communication skills.
