An exciting opportunity to join a new SSC, established in 2017 in Katowice. For our Client, a global organisation, one of the leading production companies in  glass industry, employing nearly 20,000 people in entities located in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, South and North America, we currently looking for OtC Process Improvement Lead who will join the Controlling department.

On this position you will take care of specific Process Improvement in Order to Cash services. You will be responsible for ensure higher levels of effectiveness, efficiency or experience are captured within OtC process by streamlining process and eliminating waste or adding / modifying processes where additional value can be created. You will further develop and be responsible for the creation on a routine basic KPI for accounting shared services ass well as work with leadership of each service stream to develop clear service propositions of the delivery or their services. 

Successful Candidates should present experience (above 5 years) in accounting, preferably in shared services environment and strong experience within process improvement, together with very good English skills. Experience in leadership/supervisor is preferred as well as process improvement qualifications. Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes (mainly of AR/OtC), advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VBA, Six Sigma) and ability to adjust to dynamic environment are pre-requisite. Mobility and openness to periodically Travel International when needed is required.
