Line of Service Leader – Senior Manager
 

 

Location: Katowice and Opole

 

We are looking for an inspiring leader being able to successfully build and manage a large team. 
As an IFS (Internal Firm Services) Line of Service Leader you will report directly to SDC General Director and will become a member of the SDC Leadership Team with expectation for active participation in all strategic and operational activities of the entity, providing insight and sharing experience not limited only to the IFS Line of Service area.


IFS Line of Service was set up in late 2015 and since then has been in the phase of continuous development. Currently the scope includes Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Human Capital and Risk Management activities. The services are delivered from both SDC locations: Katowice and Opole.
IFS Line of Service Leader will be responsible for overall management of IFS Line of Service within SDC including:


People management:

  • Developing and leading a team of 100+ individuals providing services to PwC network
  • Coaching and Supervising Delivery Managers
  • Monitoring staffing levels, including recruitment
  • Inspiring and motivating the team

 


Business development and client management:

 

  • Developing service portfolio and client portfolio in respective area
  • Building and maintaining relationships with multiple clients / stakeholders
  • Controlling transitions /on-boarding of new processes
  • Setting KPIs with clients and ensuring those KPIs are met
  • Handling escalations

 


Performance management:

 

  • Preparing and executing Line of Service budget, 
  • Driving daily productivity & high quality of services delivered
  • Cooperating with Process Team to drive continuous improvement and process standardization
  • Implementing and maintaining SDC strategic projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managerial role
  • Experience in service delivery, preferably in SSC/BPO environment
  • Experience in development, leading and successful motivation of large team
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationship with the clients
  • Strong planning, coordination & change management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English; German language will be an asset

 
The role will require a management of the delivery teams across two locations – Katowice and Opole, therefore physical presence in Opole will also be required on regular basis.
