For our Client, new Shared Service Center in Kraków, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating organization for a position of 


Senior HR Manager
Work place: Kraków

Responsibilities:
  • define and drive people management strategy (e.g. workforce planning, training, engagement, mentoring, succession planning, incentives and retention) and lead with the example),
  • constantly evaluate the HR proposition and the service to clients with a view to improving delivery through innovation and the implementation of industry best practice,
  • ensure a high degree of client orientation,
  • manage overall business operations across all supported locations,
  • contribute to the implementation of the comapny's strategy,
  • keeping the team motivated and focused, closely monitoring the activity to ensure compliance with key metrics and deliverables,
  • interacting with and managing customers & key stakeholders on a day to day basis and undertaking regular process improvement measures based on customer feedback and data analytics,
  • implement Lean approaches to deliver efficiencies through standard processes and synergies
  • reporting activities – as per the company requests.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in team handling (preferably in BPO/SSC sector)
  • previous relevant experience (7 – 10 years),
  • experience in developing HR Practices & Policies,
  • must have experience of leading a team of at least 5 HR staff,
  • fluency in English,
  • project Management skills with skills on time and budget control,
  • university graduate – social sciences preferred,
  • project Management certified - would be an advantage,
  • analytical and strategic way of thinking.
