Internship in HR Department

 

The main purpose of internship program is to provide an excellent opportunity to work and learn about our organization, our culture and how we do business on a day-to-day basis.

So if you think about starting your professional career in a dynamic, multinational and diverse work environment, come and join our team! Our internship program will allow you get first-hand experience in:

  • Managing and updating candidate database
  • Acts as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Partners with the recruiter to search for candidates using external channels
  • Assists with CV screening and selection
  • Takes care of interview logistics - scheduling interviews for recruiter and managers
  • Assists with placing job postings on different job boards
  • Other ad-hoc HR activities
Key Qualifications required
  • Well-rounded students in their last years of studies, majoring in human resources or related
  • Demonstrating interest in human resources, recruitment
  • Fluent in English
  • With strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills
