Responsibilities:
- maintaining strong relationship with the Client and manage it on a daily basis,
- developing and maintaining procedures to ensure adherence to company guidelines,
- managing assigned direct and indirect teams (about 80 FTE total),
- monitoring and measure teams’ performance,
- managing the performance standards, improve the results and deliver outstanding customer service,
- constantly review people and processes to deliver operational efficiencies and customer excellence,
- setting up the yearly objectives and monitoring the performance against the plans,
- controlling and managing cost within the budget.
Requirements:
- minimum of 5 years of experience in people management (+40 FTE),
- experience in call center or contact center in an international environment,
- experience in manage SLA’s and KPI’s,
- fluent English (C1),
- ability can manage internal and external client/customer expectations,
- strong time management and prioritization skills,
- very good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management,
- ability to create an environment that inspires other members of the team.
