For our Client, an international, well-known company, we are currently looking for Candidates who want to be a part of Customer Service teams for a position of

Responsibilities:
  • maintaining strong relationship with the Client and manage it on a daily basis,
  • developing and maintaining procedures to ensure adherence to company guidelines,
  • managing assigned direct and indirect teams (about 80 FTE total),
  • monitoring and measure teams’ performance,
  • managing the performance standards, improve the results and deliver outstanding customer service,
  • constantly review people and processes to deliver operational efficiencies and customer excellence,
  • setting up the yearly objectives and monitoring the performance against the plans,
  • controlling and managing cost within the budget.
Requirements:
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in people management (+40 FTE),
  • experience in call center or contact center in an international environment,
  • experience in manage SLA’s and KPI’s,
  • fluent English (C1),
  • ability can manage internal and external client/customer expectations,
  • strong time management and prioritization skills,
  • very good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management,
  • ability to create an environment that inspires other members of the team.
