Responsibilities:
- performing daily duties according to specific procedures,
- building long-term relationships with business clients,
- direct contact with International Clients, dealing with telephone and written inquiries,
- record and document booking,
- contact with foreign company departments,
- building trusting and robust relationships with Clients.
Requirements:
- fluency in English (B2/C1),
- university degree,
- customer oriented and focused,
- flexibility and ability to manage pressure and time work,
- very good interpersonal and communication skills,
- energetic and enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
