For our Client - an international, prestigious SSC based in Poznań, we are looking for candidates for a position of Business Controller.

Your new role
The key responsibilities include preparing monthly sales incentive reports, analyzing sales to indirect customers, running and distributing standard sales reports. Moreover, you will be responsible for performance tracking, supporting in the bonus calculation process for sales representatives and working on improving quality in data.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will hold university degree, have minimum of 2-3 years working experience in controlling and advanced knowledge of controlling. Fluency in English - written and spoken is a must.
