HR Specialist (Training Operations Coordinator, EMA PPC)

For our international EMA Region L&D team, we are looking for new team members to join our continuously developing Training Operations team in Warsaw.


The team is responsible for ensuring that KPMG continues to offer internal leading edge business development and leadership development solutions within the EMA region at the best logistic and organizational quality level. The role will focus on supporting the organisation and administration of courses within one of the EMA L&D training programmes.

The person in this position will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders from across the EMA region
  • Providing comprehensive support of the event organisation as well as planning, organising & communicating complementary events as required
  • Source & contract venues (hotels, office/ hotel meeting rooms, restaurants), including negotiating terms & conditions
  • Maintaining relationships and ensure all contracts are in place with third-party providers and that procurement reviews agreements/ contracts are in place as required
  • Financial management, i.e.: budget, invoices, cost model program fees, forecasting, financial reporting and accruals
  • Preparing and managing an event pipeline, calendar of activities, registration process and email communications/marketing for all events/stakeholders
  • Managing quarterly KPI reporting, support learning measurement/impact study projects
  • Ensure project progress reports, communication management  and timely event feedback is in place for each event
  • Developing and maintaining programme portal
  • Supporting programme leaders in developing programme’s shape and structure, focus on developing improvements and new solutions both on the logistic and content level as required

Requirements:

  • Proven Project Management experience in a complex stakeholder environment, including communications and budget management
  • Ideally you will have had proven experience either in event management or supporting the organisation of multiple training courses in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • A strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential
  • Business fluency in English is essential for this role, both spoken and written
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills; diplomacy and self confidence in working with senior executives; ability to work independently; commitment to delivering high-quality events on time and within budget
  • A degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, economics, project management, languages etc.
  • Ideally you will also have had exposure to Learning & Development and/or Business Development programme design
  • Willingness to travel internationally occasionally eg to provide on-site support if required
