The person in this position will be responsible for: 

Using a technology platform to manage all aspects of tax compliance with regard to incentive compensation for mobile employees, utilizing our market-leading web-based software, including, but not limited to: 

• Liaison with clients and third party vendors. 
• Coordination with foreign offices, and assistance with their marketing activities – globally we currently cover over 140 countries. 
• Input into the team’s long-term strategy. 
• Actively involved in proposals, and other business development-related activities. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor or Master degree. 
• Proven track record of excellent performance, ideally in an international HR or international assignment administration environment, including payroll and international taxation. If no such area-specific experience is available, be able to 
• demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly.
• Strong communication skills in English is a must, knowledge of any additional language is a plus.
• Experienced user of MS Office (Excel) and general data management tools.
• Good organizational skills and used to dealing with competing priorities. 
• Forward-thinking and persuasive personality with an eye for details even with large quantities of data from various sources.
