The person in this position will be responsible for:
Using a technology platform to manage all aspects of tax compliance with regard to incentive compensation for mobile employees, utilizing our market-leading web-based software, including, but not limited to:
- Liaison with clients and third party vendors.
- Coordination with foreign offices, and assistance with their marketing activities – globally we currently cover over 140 countries.
- Input into the team’s long-term strategy.
- Actively involved in proposals, and other business development-related activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- Proven track record of excellent performance, ideally in an international HR or international assignment administration environment, including payroll and international taxation. If no such area-specific experience is available, be able to
- demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly.
- Strong communication skills in English is a must, knowledge of any additional language is a plus.
- Experienced user of MS Office (Excel) and general data management tools.
- Good organizational skills and used to dealing with competing priorities.
- Forward-thinking and persuasive personality with an eye for details even with large quantities of data from various sources.
