Join us as an Administrative Assistant
Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Administrative Assistant to join our Systems Team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting daily activities of the Systems Department. You will be preparing reports and presentation materials for management, taking care of resources, onboarding and preparation. Your duties will also include administrative support for a department or a group of individuals including coordination of meetings, ordering of supplies and equipment.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing Microsoft Word documents, Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint presentations
- Preparing forms for distribution and using different tools
- Access various BBH mainframe systems
- Assist with various administration projects
- Reviewing calculations
- Taking care of travel arrangements; preparing Travel & Expense reports
- Arranging conference calls
- Booking conference rooms, organizing meetings and luncheons
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- 1-2 years of experience on a similar position will be an asset
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with numbers and spreadsheets
- Strong client service and problem solving orientation
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Proactive approach and taking the initiative
