For our client - one of the largest investment organizations in the world, a company that manages the assets of many millions of private and institutional investors– we are looking for Sales Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to the Warsaw sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • ensure a good level of understanding of the company and their products,
  • maintain up-to-date awareness of competitive products, market trends, changing government regulations in the Polish market. Identify opportunities where FTI have a unique/distinct product offering in the market,
  • using Internal and External databases/websites identify and generate leads for Internal Sales Team,
  • using sales report data, identify key sales trends by individual adviser / groups of advisers / funds to generate leads for Internal Sales Team,
  • respond to enquiries from financial advisers/financial institutions and internal customers,
  • respond to external and internal enquires on funds and products,
  • using both internal and external systems extract fund performance, portfolio and other data items to support client requests,
  • participate in organization of conference calls and seminars for dealers,
  • work on special projects and assignments,
  • provide fund information to key advisers on a monthly and quarterly basis,
  • create and maintain good working relationships with all internal customers and departments through regular contact,
  • work very close with business, marketing department and support regional marketing requirements; translations, amendments to the documents, ideas which have a direct influence to the business: PR support; local website support: context update, information refresh and website redesign; Compliance: pre approval’s to sales and marketing materials.
Requirements:
  • university degree or college qualification
  • mutual fund, banking, insurance or other financial institution experience, within an asset management organization or similar.
  • ability to communicate and interact well with all levels, both internally and externally (e.g., Customers, Broker/Dealers).
  • excellent oral and written communication skills and strong customer service focus,
  • good computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
