Responsibilities:
- responsibility for the development of business in the region,
- responsibility for developing the sales and marketing strategy,
- providing sales support to existing distributors in the region,
- forming a high level of relationship with the existing distributors,
- developing a deep understanding of the intermediaries’ distribution model,
- building excellent relationships with the distributor’s sales staff,
- networking, creating new relationships and partnerships,
- developing and training new distributors,
- developing new product and sales ideas.
Requirements:
- experience in Sales or Customer Relations in a mutual fund, banking, insurance or other financial institution experience, within an asset management organization or similar (middle level),
- good knowledge of the fund business (experience in the Polish Fund industry, min 3-year experience),
- financial services industry knowledge,
- a proven track record in creating and executing sales strategies,
- excellent oral and written communication skills and strong customer focus,
- ease of building long-term business relationships,
- self-organized, flexibility and adaptability,
- team Work,
- driving license cat. B.
