For our client - one of the largest investment organizations in the world, a company that manages the assets of many millions of private and institutional investors– we are looking for a Sales Executive.

Responsibilities:
  • responsibility for the development of business in the region,
  • responsibility for developing the sales and marketing strategy,
  • providing sales support to existing distributors in the region,
  • forming a high level of relationship with the existing distributors,
  • developing a deep understanding of the intermediaries’ distribution model, 
  • building excellent relationships with the distributor’s sales staff,
  • networking, creating new relationships and partnerships,
  • developing and training new distributors,
  • developing new product and sales ideas. 
Requirements:
  • experience in Sales or Customer Relations in a mutual fund, banking, insurance or other financial institution experience, within an asset management organization or similar (middle level),
  • good knowledge of the fund business (experience in the Polish Fund industry, min 3-year experience),
  • financial services industry knowledge,
  • a proven track record in creating and executing sales strategies,
  • excellent oral and written communication skills and strong customer focus,
  • ease of building long-term business relationships,
  • self-organized, flexibility and adaptability,
  • team Work,
  • driving license cat. B.
