Your new role
In your new role you will review suspicious orders on reports and in the systems to determine if the action is fraudulent or not. You will perform designated customer account research and investigation that requires sound judgement and contact external parties (banks, cardholders) in case of any discrepancies or issues. You will analyse customer data and make decisions on risky transactions.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will be a very good English speaker with previous experience in international environment. Due to the nature of the work very good analytical and communications skills are essential along with strong attention to detail.
