Your new role 
Holding this position your main responsibility will be managing ongoing financial records and performing all operational activities to close the books as well as tracking fixed assets. You will be performing more complex operational accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations and requirements. You will be expected to manage a small team of specialists, keeping them focused on the goals, evaluating progress and modifying the plan accordingly. Your duties will also include delegating tasks, motivating team members to achieve the success, acting as a role model and building team spirit.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should possess at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role and wide expertise in Record to Report area. We are seeking a Candidate with strong leadership skills and knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures. Fluent English is a must as well as high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to direct and supervise, ability to deal with conflicts, customer service orientation and cooperation skills. Other relevant skills are continuous improvement mindset and process orientation.
