Holding the position of Office Assistant you will be expected to answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. What is more holding this position you will be responsible for maintaining security by following procedures and controlling access. The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organization. This position will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Moreover, you will be asked to perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.


To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree. Proficient with MS Office as well as ca 6 months proven working experience in similar roles is a must. The ideal Candidate will be a able to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure and also will have ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
