Responsibilities:
  • performing daily duties according to specific procedures,
  • building long-term relationships with business clients,
  • direct contact with International Clients, dealing with telephone and written enquiries,
  • record and document booking,
  • contact with foreign company departments,
  • building trusting and robust relationships with Clients.
Requirements:
  • fluency in English (B2/C1),
  • university degree,
  • customer oriented and focused,
  • flexibility and ability to manage pressure and time work,
  • very good interpersonal and communication skills,
  • energetic and enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
