Training Operations Administrator will support the operations in L&D team in order to ensure smooth delivery of international learning events for KPMG employees. The person will report directly to the Team Supervisor based in Warsaw but will also work closely with Programme Managers based internationally. Ideal candidate will have strong interest in project management and willingness to broaden experience in learning events operations.
The person in this position will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive support of learning events organization
- Finding and contracting accommodation, meeting rooms, restaurants, transportation and etc.
- Negotiating terms & conditions in line with the budget and internal policies
- Managing and confirming registrations for particular learning events
- Preparing e-mail communication to stakeholders and participants
- Overseeing invoices, payments, cost calculations and financial reporting
- Making sure learning materials have been printed and delivered on time
- Serving as point of contact for KPMG employees interested in our learning events
- Administering learning platforms and systems
- Registering events and participation on internal Learning Management System
- Updating learning events calendar on Share Point portal
- Setting up post-event feedback surveys
- Delivering quarterly KPI reporting
Requirements
- Business fluency in English is essential for this role, both spoken and written
- Proven experience in event organization or trainings administration
- Ability to work in a virtual, dynamic and fast-moving international environment
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- A degree in business administration, human resources, economics, project management, languages etc.
- Highly developed communication skills, both spoken and written
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally e.g. to provide on-site support if required
