Accountabilities:
- Conduct control assessment and testing
- Discuss and validate control design and operating effectiveness issues with the appropriate owners
- Identify risks and issues, analyze root causes, support implementation of corrective actions
- Identify and report all risks and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities
- Propose a range of solutions to complex problems to direct manager and/or business unit leadership
- Liaise with Compliance, Risk, Audit, Legal and other internal groups
- Continuously develop knowledge of the business (core products, processes and technologies)
- Support business in risk rating
- Build effective relationships with internal business partners to successfully achieve organizational goals
Qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience
- Experience in work which involved conducting audits, control reviews, evidence collection, issues investigation - strongly preferred
- Experience in Audit, Control, Compliance - preferred
- Experience in Financial Services is considered as a plus but is not necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – fluent English is a must
- Excellent organizational skills
- Leadership skills, including ability to challenge and influence
- Professional maturity, enthusiasm, flexibility and proactive approach
- Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment
- Open to change
