As a billing clerk - you will be  responsible for accurate and timely execution of client's requests affecting invoices , entering and uploading price lists and customer's address data

Key responsibilities:

• Administrative tasks
• Managing  & analysis requests  inflow 
• Ensure all purchase invoices as processed within agreed SLAs and adhering to departmental procedures 
• Maintain excellent standards of accuracy in processing of invoicing and data entry Resolution of supplier queries                                                   
• Entering and uploading price lists and customer's address data  

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of English (B2) and Polish language (C2) 
• Accurate Data Processing skills; 
• Competent Microsoft Office user: Excel, Word and Power Point;  
• Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure; prioritise and schedule workload  
• Experience or interests related to (Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)) would be a plus
