For Our Client – a global company from SSC sector, we are looking for Customer Service Representative with knowledge of Hungarian and English who would join the company’s newly established office in Katowice.

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for orders management, providing support to the customers via phone and emails, responding to queries and developing relationships with the clients.

Qualifications: preferable experience in working with customers, excellent communication skills and proactive attitude. Fluency in Hungarian and English is a must.
