Who we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in hyper automation area, evangelizing solutions and services across large clients. Professional service experience is a must
  • Good set of business, sales and technical skills to win and maintain clients
  • Awareness of and interest in RPA/ Cognitive/ AI developments taking place in the market
  • Proven experience in acquiring new business with differentiated solutions and significant exposure in the client facing situations
  • Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities  
  • Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations, project profitability and team leadership
  • Ability to anticipate the long term impact of all decisions and take a broad approach to problem solving

Your future role

As a member of the Digital & Business Transformation team, you will work with a dedicated team of Consultants and Senior Consultants to solve our client's complex issues by implementing Robotic Process Automation / Cognitive / Artificial Intelligence solutions. You will play a pivotal role with responsibilities that include developing go to market strategies and sales opportunities, project plans, managing project delivery, analysing client issues, developing actionable recommendations and preparing and delivering client presentations.

As a Manager focusing on growing the Robotic Process Automation/ Cognitive/ Artificial Intelligence opportunities you will: 

  • Develop your leadership capabilities by effectively managing teams for the delivery of client work whilst also playing an active role in the career development of more junior team members
  • Work with other consulting service lines to create opportunities for consulting as a result of implementing an RPA/ Cognitive/ AI solution
  • Create long term relationships at a senior client level – this role involves client interactions and ability to drive workshops, road-show’s and presentations
  • Develop work plans and deliver complex client engagements including digital and service transformation
  • Identify and lead business development opportunities
  • Achieve expertise in specialization and a strong reputation as a business advisor
  • Actively mentor and coach team members to their highest potential
  • Foster collaboration and open exchange of knowledge among team members
