Your new role

• Receive request to create or update vendor records from country responsible via the Supplier Management Utility or Content Manager.
• Check to determine the vendor status (whether the vendor record already exist or not, or if this change is already shown or not).
• Check and file supporting documentation for the creation and updating of vendors.
• Execute vendor creations or modifications or enter the data from the request.
• Meet deadlines for the entry of request.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a vendor master data or a similar position is a plus, but we also accept entry-level
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Fluency in English and French
• Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members
