Job description:

  • Process delivery shipments in SAP

  • To support and reconcile product delivery to customers through the Order to Delivery process using IT support tools in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Investigate and timely resolve all inconsistencies among loaded and delivered quantities to ensure that the right quantity is invoiced to the right customer.

  • Process month end closure under high business and time pressure.

  • Observe and report Hauliers performance in relation to load and delivery data quality

  • Investigate error logs and the reasons for deviations

  • Amend shipments to the correct quantity and customer in cooperation with hauliers, Road Transport, scheduling distribution, Manila wetstock team and customer service, in timely manner.




  • Analytical skills with special focus on numbers, customer data, research of information in different systems;

  • Able to work with different systems

  • Communication skills and stakeholder management

  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Able to work under high time pressure during Month End Closure / as Backup for absent team members

  • Strong ownership of received tasks and ability to solve them independently;

  • Russian C1

  • English B2
