Your new role
Holding the position of Service Desk Agent you will be responsible for:
- handling escalation calls and tickets from users,
- resolving technical issues and following the defined processes while attempting to resolve the L1 incidents,
- identifying areas for improvement,
- delivering best quality service to the customers.
What you'll need to succeed
- very good English and fluent Swedish,
- professional experience in Service Desk/Customer Service Department will be an asset,
- good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook tools,
- good analytical and organization skills,
- general understanding of ITIL Methodology,
- the position requires working on shifts.
