Key responsibilities
Introducing Client employee data into HR Systems
Maintaining Client employee database – data administration
Preparing employee contracts & addendums
Preparing employee documents
Conducting Reference Checks
Preparing monthly & ad hoc reports for the client
Requirements
Fluent English and Romanian
Other language as French or Spanish would be an asset
At least 1 year of corporate experience
Excel knowledge
Very good communication skills, customer orientation, eagerness to learn & develop, very good
