HR Payroll & Administrative Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • accomplish proper personnel administration for the employees of TE Connectivity Poland,
  • run payroll, calculate remuneration & manage employee personal files,
  • cooperate with external payroll system provider, Tax Office and ZUS,
  • act as the first point of contact for employees on Payroll & HR Admin related topics,
  • execute proper administration of benefit systems in accordance with applied regulations,
  • prepare respective employment documentation (contract, certificates, etc.),
  • coordinate onboarding activities (documents, contracts, medical examinations),
  • control and archive employee time and attendance records,
  • provide different admin & payroll reports.
Requirements:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in HR administration, polish payroll and labor law,
  • previous international experience preferred,
  • good understanding and practical knowledge of social insurance regulations, calculation of income tax,
  • demonstrated experience working independently, prioritizing work,
  • high level of confidence, integrity and motivation,
  • must be proactive, responsive and resourceful,
  • strong skills in Microsoft Office suite -- Outlook, Word, Excel,
  • able to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion,
  • fluency in English and Polish.
