For our Client, an international, well-known company, we are currently looking for Tactical Sourcing Manager. On this position, you will be responsible for tactical sourcing activities for indirect categories. The client is a global company specialized in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- managing sourcing and procurement processes across the indirect categories,
- leading end-to-end sourcing process, selecting suppliers and managing relationships with them,
- responsibility for cost-out programs and processes to reach financial targets and recommend optimization solutions,
- developing and work on creative improvement plans, assuring their successful implementation
- ensuring required quality of performed operations,
- resolving queries and problems related to the procurement process.
Requirements:
- min. 3 years of professional experience in tactical sourcing in an international work environment,
- previous experience in indirect purchasing,
- higher education diploma in the supply chain related field,
- fluency in English is a must,
- experience in people management as a plus,
- excellent communication skills, proactivity, hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit, leadership,
- top interpersonal skills.
