Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:

HR Administration & Payroll Specialist
HR Administration & Payroll Specialist

Key activities
  • Preparing and executing monthly payroll salary payments in payroll system
  • Maintaining time and attendance data to payroll system
  • Maintaining personnel files and other documents for legal purpose (Employment contracts, contract extension, Work certificates)
  • Administration of all employee benefits (e.g. Life insurance, Medical Care, Benefit Platform). Cooperation with Vendors of employee benefits
  • Prepare legally required and requested documents for employees (Employment contracts, certificates PIT, RMUA etc.)
  • Prepare payroll and payroll cost reports for Finance  department
  • Preparing and maintaining HR statistics and reports
  • ocial Security applications (DRA, RCA, RSA, ZUA, ZWUA, etc.), Monthly PFRON reports, GUS reports
  • Ongoing support for employees regarding HR/Payroll queries
Key Qualifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in payroll and personnel administration
  • Working knowledge in area of labor law, special situation in Polish payroll, taxation and social security regulations
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish required
  • University degree
  • Accuracy, customer approach, confidentiality
  • Ability to work with MS Office tools with advance knowledge of Excel as an asset
  • Knowledge of Enova HR Payroll System would be an asset
