Manager - Financial Contracts Negotiation Team

Opis stanowiska:
- managing team of professionals in the area of drafting, negotiating and completing master agreements (ISDA, REPO),
- building and managing a strong relationship with internal and external clients (investment bank),
- conducting training for the team, coaching and mentoring,
- managing attrition and new recruitments,
- managing workflow, SLA and process improvements,
- being a member of the management team for the office in Wrocław.
Wymagania:
- at least 2 years of team management experience and 7 years of total experience,
- academic background in law as a huge asset,
- excellent English language knowledge,
- strong background in negotiating, drafting financial trading contracts such as ISDA, REPO,
- excellent communication skills,
- attention to details and analytical mind,
- problem-solver.
