Role Summary
- drafts various legal documents / agreements e.g. ISDA agreements, Credit Support Annexes, NDAs (governed mostly by the laws of England and Wales or New York), in accordance with relevant trainings and playbook parameters;
- represents State Street in contract negotiations with relevant counterparties and State Street clients all over the world;
- co-operates with State Street Business Units and local Legal Teams in resolving legal issues;
- trains, supervises and ensures the continuous quality of work of lawyers;
- supports legal-related corporate initiatives and projects.
Minimum Job Specifications: Law school graduate (attorney license is a plus); excellent English language skills (including legal English), German or Italian language is a plus; strong analytical, writing and interpersonal skills; significant contracting and/or financial services experience is a plus.
