For our Client, multinational production company with Shared Service Centre established in Katowice we are currently looking for experienced professional who is ready to take the new created position and become Local Statutory Compliance Team Leader engaged in Clients business transformation initiative.

On this position you will be directly responsible for supervising the local compliance team, leading the standarization process of local compliance tasks and ensuring local accounting needs and statutory requirements are fulfilled. You will be initially responsible for ensuring proper transition of local compliance tasks from local legal entities to local statutory compliance teams.

Preferred Candidates should have prior experience in a similar position (minimum 5 years) working with tax accounting based responsibilities and higher education in economics, finance or accounting. Very good English and German together with advanced communication skills and mobility to periodically travel are essential. Experience in a shared service environment to deliver compliance based services to multiple locations and prior leadership (supervisory) experience would be considered as an advantage.
