For our Client we are looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager, who will manage recruitment and employer branding activities in the company. In this role, you will manager talent acquisition process and strategy that integrates values and brand to attract a diverse group of top talent.
Responsibilities:
- develop an effective team that is positioned to meet the changing and dynamic nature of recruiting needs,
- provide directions to employer branding efforts to enhance the attraction of talent to the company,
- work with the People & Development Director to create and deliver end to end talent attraction strategies that drive talent into our business,
- partner with hiring managers to define recruitment process, and develop creative sourcing strategies that excite and engage candidates,
- monitor and react to current recruitment trends and activity in the marketplace, ensuring we are creative, forward thinking and use every resource available to us,
- analyze recruiting data and implement new initiatives that increase the quality of our hires and raise the bar of talent acquisition,
- support other departments and processes to ensure effective realization of resourcing plans,
- identify and utilize new recruitment channels and manage vendors partnerships,
- take part in the implementation of projects from different HR areas.
Requirements:
You have:
- broad understanding of recruitment process fundamentals and best practices with 5 years of experience in recruitment,
- experience and knowledge of employer branding activities and good practices,
- very good team management skills – experience in building, coaching and supporting the recruitment team,
- understanding of both traditional and most importantly innovative recruiting methods, selection assessment tools, and hiring/onboarding procedures,
