Job description:
The Analyst assesses the efficiency of the “into plane” data capture process (including systems, processes and people) to identify best practice, root causes of delays and report to Aviation LT. Role within FO, with support within Aviation from Customer Operations, SAV business, IT and Finance.
Gather data to create meaningful Aviation data capture MI (metrics, comprehensive analyses of issues, improvement suggestions) and develop a reporting package for the Aviation LT and Regional LTs
- Work with the Airports, Operations, Back-Offices and IT to identify root cause of delays
- Work with Aviation OTC team, Operations teams, Back Offices and IT to remove limitation to performance, identify and embed best practice globally within the Aviation data capture process
- Proactively engage in forums and meetings to drive performance improvements
- Play active role in the Aviation RFT forums
- Aviation Data Base Management (Cockpit)
- Supporte Aviation Back Office processes in execution and implementation of Global Projects (Sky Pad, One HUB) and Change Management- CRs, Retrofit, Bundles
- Provide Execution/validation of testing’s as Super User;
- Equip other Super Users/End Users with the right capabilities and expertise

Requirements:
Qualifications
Extensive experience in finance process and/or project management
Financial/Accounting qualifications advantage
 
Professional Experience
This role requires a results driven, pro active & focussed individual, with excellent communication/planning skills and strong drive for on time delivery.
Must be able to work under tight time pressure whilst still maintaining high standards of work not only personally, but also within the ABO/SAV organization
