Reporting & Accounting Manager
Work location: Kraków

Job description:

  • Manage 5-12 people
  • Influence on people agenda in own team and department
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders – internal and external bodies (eg auditors)
  • Being responsible for process of closing accounting books
  • Hold authority for various accounting operations
  • Manage processes: Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Local Statutory Reporting (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Reporting, Management Information and Local Statutory Reporting)

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in various financial/accounting positions
  • 1-3years of supervisory experience
  • University degree/qualifications in Economy, Accountancy or Finance
  • Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
  • Knowledge of accounting processes or previous experience in Finance Departments
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationship across various stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken business level in English.
