Your responsibilities would include:

• Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate basis at all times
• Administration and coordination of full recruitment request cycle, from creation to closing
• Maintaining talent acquisition database with accurate details on candidate, vacancy, etc.
• Being responsible for the recruitment request Approval Flow
• Ensuring proper communication about talent acquisition with involved stakeholders
• Completing HR and business data for talent acquisition process
• Preparation of postings for different job boards
• Unsuccessful candidate’s response management 
• Developing and executing cost-effective and creative sourcing strategies that meet the immediate and future needs of the business, and produce diverse applicant pools
• Acting as point of contact for Talent Acquisition team and organization
• Reporting to Talent Management Lead
• Working cooperatively with all members of the team to develop and implement plans and activities
