About Us:

The position:
The HR Process Analyst will be responsible for designing Reward HR Processes with a focus on scope of HR Transformation programme currently running in Shell. This programme combines the implementation of a new organizational design, new systems and adjusted processes for HR. It is a global programme covering all countries with Shell presence and managed centrally.
 
What will you do?

The accountabilities of the process analyst are:  
 

  • Drafts HR processes with a focus on process flow charts (L4) and standard operating procedures (L5) under guidance of Process Architect and CI Deployment Advisor with business effectiveness in the lead
  • Take lead role on behalf of Process Architect to define the KPIs, process controls, design global business rules, define data definitions, standards and MI reports, drive data quality improvements associated with the process; ensure process standards and compliance, e.g., data privacy, export control
  • Evaluates the need and supports the design of global standard process and provides recommendation for Architectural review
  • Provides process advice to HR Services teams; develops understanding within HR Services SME teams so that they can address more complex process issues
  • Liaises with other HR process Architects/Analysts to ensure integration and delivery of simplified end-to-end processes
  • Works with business requestors to define/analyze business requirements for systems changes, may prepare or refine change or enhancement requests for Process Architect approval
  • Coordinate and manage the design and development of HR process design and/or organizational design, working closely with senior stakeholders across the HR Function
  • Ensure effective execution of priorities and interdependencies in process space

 Requirements:
We are looking for someone who has the drive and energy to quickly contribute to the team and exploit the full potential of this opportunity.  Someone who has:

  • English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • University degree or equivalent - HR or business administration preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years work experience in an HR environment
  • Strong knowledge of design and delivery of global reward programs and ability to integrate them with business strategy
  • Knowledge of compensation & benefits policies and processes preferably also in Operations environment
  • Familiarity of major HR systems, solutions and tools (e.g. SAP, Workday, etc.) required
  • Experience in business process management (and change management preferred)
  • Experience with continuous improvement methods, ideally Lean Practitioner certified
  • Understanding of HR Processes and first-hand HR operational experience preferred
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills with a proven ability to deliver through others
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to formulate conclusions  and make proactive recommendations, evaluate and simplify end to end customer experiences
  • A strong self-starter, with proven ability to prioritize and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work in a virtual environment – both team and stakeholders
